Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your recipient to be delighted. If a product arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our concierge team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in the original BoxUp luxury packaging and secure them in a standard shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
